Individual therapy a/or stress management sessions last 45 - 50 minutes after the initial 60 minute intake. Couples sessions last 60 minutes after the initial 90 minute intake. Group sessions vary in length, depending on the group's design and purpose. Coaching sessions can be individually designed, running from 60 minutes to three hours.

We do not accept insurance. Luckily, because you do not need a GP referral, you can see a therapist more quickly.

You do not need a GP (huisarts) referral to access counseling help with us. This allows you to be seen more quickly and to plan for more long term therapy work, as needed.

Our office is located on the Zernikepark Campus of Groningen. It can be reached by bus, bicycle, car, or on foot. Several local busses stop just a 4 minute walk from our building. 

Generally, no. We place a very high value on in-person therapy. While tele-therapy has concrete, measurable benefits, we believe the person-to-person encounter between therapist and client is most beneficial when it takes place in a familar and safe shared physical space. Walking therapy can be considered, depending on the client's level of need and comfort (and the weather), and exposure therapy that takes place outside of the office can be designed through collaboration between therapist and client.
